LG L1520B Review
The L1520B is a compact 15 inch affordable flat panel model produced by LG to provide an HD experience on a smaller scale. In taking this approach they have succeeded in producing this without having a negative effect on the other built in features which are necessary for the viewer to have a high quality all round experience.
The model looks very sophisticated and comes complete with a flexible chrome coloured base making positional adjustments easier. The quality of the images and audio are much more than would be expected from a model in this range, and together with the included infra red remote control, make for a pleasant viewing experience from the comfort of the armchair.
Because of the size this model has the advantage in that it can be secured to walls with a bracket to minimise any intrusion in the floor space of smaller rooms or bedrooms. This model also comes with the advantage of being PC compatible and also features input connections for several different media devices to be connected to provide more viewing options.

What really sets this model above the rest is the impressive image and audio quality which is generally reserved for much more expensive models. A great deal of thought has been used to ensure that the images are clear and crisp with no blurring or ‘screen burn’. One of the other features which is becoming more of an important issue at this time with electrical equipment in general is the power usage of this model. At 25 watts the model is extremely economical in it’s power usage when in actual use and with a usage half this figure when in sleep mode, if the viewer does fall asleep or forget to switch off then the effects both environmental and financial are minimized.
Overall the 15inch version provides a high quality experience on a smaller scale but this does not interfere with the quality of features that the model provides and with the added benefit of low power usage will make an ideal purchase.
