Toshiba 32AV504 Review

Toshiba 32AV504 Review

Toshiba’s regza series of televisions has reaped them awards, and this 32” widescreen LCD TV shows off their best features.

At first glance this is a very sleek TV. It has unusual rounded corners that give it a softer feel than many other HDTV’s and a slim frame so that when it’s on, the picture really seems to pops out. At 32” it’s a good size, offering a widescreen with a 16:9 view great for movie watching.

The built in sound system is along the bottom edge of the screen (allowing for that nice slim frame) with a bass boost feature for when you really want a cinema effect for watching the latest James Bond on DVD.

It has all the key features, built in digital freeview so you can de-clutter your TV area, as well as two HDMI connections for your Blu Ray or gaming consoles so that you do not lose any quality, and two of the older standard Scart connections for your DVD and video. This is more than enough for most households.

The resolution is 1366 x 768, so it’s at the high end of the quality available. In this price range this is probably the best you will get unless you want to go up a fair whack and go for the top end 1980 x 1020.
